Why should I Accredit to the IRNCH?

We are recognised globally as experts in the fields of NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy having run our own successful Coaching and Training businesses. We are also specialists in Training Design and Evaluation.

So, we have the knowledge, experience and expertise to guide and support you in your continuous growth and improvement, giving you global recognition.

We believe that Accreditation should be seen as part of your overall professional development journey and that being accredited isn’t just a certificate; it’s a statement. It tells the world you’re committed to quality, continued development, and professional growth.
When you first gain Certification, with us,it shows to the public that you have received a high standard of training.
Then when you achieve Accreditation, with us,it shows to the world that your service delivery and processes are of the highest possible quality and standard.

The question is, “Who would you rather see?” A doctor who has a certificate which shows that they have only completed their medical training or a doctor who has a certificate and then has had their actual practice with patients externally scrutinised against exacting standards?

With the first doctor you haven’t got any measure of their performance after certification, and you don’t know what you are going to get. With the second doctor you can be confident of their skills level and the level of treatment that you will receive!
