1. Joining The International Register for Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy

1.1 Membership of IRNCH is not a right, but a privilege. IRNCH reserves the right to cancel, refuse a membership application or renewal for any reason at any time. This means that even if you meet the eligibility requirements for membership, IRNCH may still choose not to accept your application or renew your membership.

1.2 There are a few reasons why IRNCH might cancel or refuse a membership application or renewal. For example, IRNCH might cancel your membership if you fail to pay your membership dues, or if you violate IRNCH’s code of ethics. IRNCH might also refuse to renew your membership if you have not been active in the organization for a certain period of time.

1.3 If you are concerned about your membership status, you should contact ANLP directly. IRNCH will be happy to discuss your membership with you and explain the reasons for any decisions that have been made.

2. Applications:

2.1 Completing applications to join IRNCH does not guarantee membership, neither does meeting criteria to join.

2.2 Your membership will not be confirmed until we have received all of the required supporting documentation. Please make sure to send, email, or upload copies of all relevant documentation, including copies of your NLP/Coaching/Hypnotherapy/Training qualifications and testimonials (if applicable), as soon as possible.

2.3 If applications are not supported by relevant and appropriate evidence then, IRNCH reserves the right to issue membership at associate level.  Associate level membership may be offered to those that apply for higher levels of membership and do not provide any or sufficient supporting evidence.  If this is the case then you will be notified prior to membership approval.

2.4 We will review your application and supporting documentation as soon as possible. If we have any questions, we will contact you. Once we have approved your application, you will be issued with a membership number and will be able to access all of the benefits of membership.

3. Duration of membership

3.1 By applying to the IRNCH you agree to remain a member for a period of no less than 12 months.

3.2 Membership will automatically renew at the end of the 12 months unless you cancel your membership by emailing us or using the membership dashboard?????????

3.3 Should you choose a non automated payment method then your membership will terminate on the 12 month anniversary of your joining.  Renewing membership prior to your 12 month anniversary (annual renewal date) will prevent losing access to member benefits.

4. Member Levels

4.1 IRNCH offer different levels of membership according to qualification and experience.  Each level will attract a different fee and potentially, member benefits.

4.2 Pricing and member levels may vary and it is your responsibility to ensure that the level you are joining at is the most relevant for you.  

4.3 Any changes in member levels or membership fees will be published on the IRNCH website.

4.4 Inclusion on IRNCH directory is subject to ongoing membership at the appropriate level.  Associate membership does not qualify you for inclusion on member directory or other online promotion.

5. Upgrading Membership Levels

5.1 Members may upgrade their membership level at any time, providing they meet that level membership criteria.

5.2 Any change (the difference in fee between current and upgraded level) in fee will be charged pro rata until the original annual renewal date.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Members may cancel their membership within 14 days of joining without prejudice.  Cancellation in these circumstances must be done by info@irnch.org.uk

6.2 Memberships are purchased on the understanding that they are of 12 month duration and cancellation of membership outside the first 14 day period will only attract any refund under exceptional circumstances.

6.3 IRNCH will give sufficient notice to members to allow changes in level or cancellation.  This remains the members responsibility at all times.

6.4 The IRNCH may cancel your membership without notice in the following circumstances:

• Non payment of fees.
• Failure to provide evidence to support the member level applied for.
• Having a formal complaint upheld.
• Breaching any of the IRNCH code of ethics and conduct.

7. Data &  Privacy

7.1 Members agree to data being held by the IRNCH for the purpose of providing services to members.

7.2 Members who actively wish to be promoted on the IRNCH Directory will have the relevant data shared with no members.

7.3 A copy of all your data held by the IRNCH is available and will be sent to you via post for a fee of £20.

8.1 Material held on the IRNCH website and provided to you as a member is subject of copyright.
